We appreciate that you are using our mobile application, visiting our website and/or communicating with us via email (collectively, the “Services”).

For the purposes of data protection and privacy laws, Admire Fze Llc (“we” or “us”) is the controller for the processing of your personal information. We are committed to protecting your privacy through our data practices described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy describes:

The ways we collect personal information about you and why we do so;
How we or our Authorised Partners use your personal information;
The choices you have about your personal information; and
How we protect your personal information.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the terms “personal information” and “personal data” are used synonymously. This Privacy Policy does not apply to our data collection activities offline or otherwise outside of the Services (unless otherwise stated below or at the time of collection).

By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your personal data for processing as described in this Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to change and may periodically update this Privacy Policy prospectively effective upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy on our website. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes shall mean you accept those changes.

We respond to requests in accordance with applicable laws and may verify your identity—or that of any authorised agent—before proceeding. We may decline requests when verification is insufficient.

2. Collection of Personal Information

(I) Information you provide when you use the App

User Data

When you use our app, we may collect information such as your country or region, timezone, device language settings, and subscription status to enable app features. Some of this information is obtained directly from your device. For details, see “Your general (non-precise) location” under Usage Data.

If you submit feedback or support requests, we may also collect your name, email address, and any information you include in your message.

Generation Data

Because the app creates images from written descriptions, we process the material required to produce them, including:

The description (prompt) you enter
The style, format or aspect ratio you select
A request identifier and your app installation identifier, used for quota counting
The resulting image, for the time needed to deliver it to your device

The description is screened against our content rules at the moment of the request and passed to the model provider that renders the picture. Neither the description nor the resulting image is kept on our servers once the image has been returned to your device; the file exists afterwards only in your own photo library, if you chose to save it.

The application does NOT read, scan or collect the contents of your photo library, files or documents, and it does not accept a picture of yours as input. Generation works from written descriptions only.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by revoking device permissions. See Section 6(C).

(II) Information We Get When You Use Our Services

When you use an application, we may automatically collect information about how you interact with the app. We may also use pseudonymized or anonymized data to protect, maintain, and improve the Services.

User Content

Submitted Content for an app which includes:

Your actions in the app (e.g., browsing collections, generation requests, saving a wallpaper)
Descriptions and style selections you enter
Preferences you set
Any text you submit via support, feedback or content-report forms

Output Content which includes the generated images and related processing results. We process Submitted Content and Output to enable app functionality, apply content rules, prevent misuse, and perform analytics.

Usage Data

Includes technical data:

Interactions within the app (categories opened, generation attempts, saves, paywall views)
App settings
Date and time of activity
Online identifiers such as IP address
Device identifiers
Connection type (WiFi, LTE, etc.)
Crash logs and diagnostics
Operating system, device type
Language, app version
System performance indicators

We may also collect your general, non-precise location (such as country/region or timezone) derived from your device or network settings. This helps with load balancing, analytics, and security.

(III) Information We Collect from Third Parties

Payment and transaction fulfilment providers	Apple App Store processes all payments, and we receive only limited transaction details—such as order IDs and subscription status. Apple also handles refund requests directly and uses the information associated with your Apple account to process them successfully.
Technical Service Partners	Provide non-precise IP-based location or help with security and analytics.
Model Providers	Render an image from the description supplied to them on our instruction and return it to us.
Marketing Partners	Provide channel attribution for installs.
Law Enforcement Agencies	Information may be received or provided when legally required.

(IV) The Ready-Made Collection

Alongside generation, the App offers a collection of finished wallpapers. Those images are produced by us in advance and shipped with the App or downloaded from our servers. They are not supplied by other users, they contain no personal information, and browsing or saving them involves no processing of data about you beyond the usage statistics described above.

3. How Do We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We use your information only when necessary and lawful, such as:

To allow you to use an app and its features
To render the image you requested and deliver it to your device
To count free and subscriber generation and download allowances
To apply the content rules set out in our Terms and to prevent abuse of the generation service
To provide paid subscription services
To improve the app and user experience
To detect fraudulent or abusive activity
To comply with legal obligations
To provide troubleshooting and customer support
To conduct business planning and analytics
To develop and test new features

We may use anonymised or synthetic (artificially generated) data to improve service quality.

4. Who Else Can Use Your Information

A) Our Authorised Partners

We work with trusted service providers who process personal information solely on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. Typical examples include:

Google	provides Firebase analytics and crash diagnostics, supporting technical services, and the image generation model used by the App
Adjust	measures which marketing channels bring installs, in aggregated form
Adapty	validates App Store receipts and keeps track of whether a subscription is active
Apple	processes payments and refunds and delivers the App and its updates

B) Government Agencies

We may disclose information to law enforcement or government authorities when required to comply with applicable laws or legal processes.

5. Data Storage and Cross-Border Data Transfers

Your data may be stored and processed in a country other than your own and may be accessed by authorised personnel as necessary to operate and maintain the Services. We apply appropriate safeguards to protect your information during international transfers. By continuing to use the Services, you consent to the storage and processing of your data in jurisdictions outside your home country.

6. Your Rights and Choices

A) Device Settings

We request permission to save an image to your photo library at the moment you save a wallpaper. That permission grants writing only, and the App does not read the library. No other system permission is requested. You may revoke it at any time in device settings.

B) Access Your Personal Information

Upon written request and identity verification, we can provide an electronic copy of your personal information.

C) Personal Information Rights

You may withdraw your consent at any time, as well as request the correction, deletion, or restriction of the processing of your information. Please note that withdrawing consent may limit or disable certain features—or, in some cases, all functionality, and may result in the termination of the End-User License Agreement if the Service can no longer operate without the required data. Certain information may still be retained where we are legally obligated to do so, or where retention is necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

D) Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Apple. Deleting the app may remove your data and subscription status from the device. We may retain minimal data as required for fraud prevention and compliance.

E) Deleting Your Account (if applicable for an application)

You may delete your account through app settings. We will deactivate your account and remove your information from active databases, except for data retained for legitimate business purposes or legal requirements.

7. How Do We Protect Your Personal Information

Personal Information Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, or as required by law. Descriptions and generated images are not stored on our side at all, as set out in Section 2(I). Technical and commercial records are deleted or anonymised once they are no longer needed.

8. Protecting Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that a child under 18 has provided personal information, we will delete the account and remove the data, except where retention is legally required.

Parents or guardians may request review or deletion by contacting our support team through the official support channels provided within the Application or on our website.
