We are not liable for any errors, delays, or security breaches caused by third-party providers.
Refunds and cancellations are handled directly by the platform where the purchase was made, such as the Apple App Store. If you need to request a refund or cancel your subscription, please refer to their policies and support channels for assistance.
If a user requests a refund for an in-app purchase, we may provide Apple with relevant details to support the review process. This may include anonymized data such as the time since app installation, total app usage time, an anonymous account identifier, whether the in-app purchase was fully consumed, whether it included a trial period, the total amount spent, and the total amount refunded.
