2. Collection of Personal Information(I) Information you provide when you create or update your profile
User Data
| When you use our app, we may collect information such as your country or region, timezone, device language settings, and subscription status to enable app features. Some of this information is obtained directly from your device. For details, see “Your general (non-precise) location” under Usage Data.
If you submit feedback or support requests, we may also collect your name, email address, and any information you include in your message. |
Device & Storage Metadata
| Because an app provides storage-cleaning and device-optimization functions, we may collect and process certain device-related information you voluntarily allow us to access, including:
• File metadata (file size, type, creation date) • Photo/video metadata (resolution, size, duration) • Duplicate file metadata • Cache data and cached file categories • System storage information (free storage, total storage) • Counts and categories of media files (e.g., number of screenshots, similar photos)
The application does NOT access or collect the contents of your files, photos, videos, or documents. We only analyze metadata needed to identify duplicate files, large files, unnecessary media, or other optimization targets.
You may be asked to grant explicit permission before an app can access device files or photos. By doing so, you consent to the collection and processing of the above metadata.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by revoking device permissions or requesting deletion of your data. See Section 6(C).

(II) Information We Get When You Use Our Services
When you use an application, we may automatically collect information about how you interact with the app. We may also use pseudonymized or anonymized data to protect, maintain, and improve the Services.
User Content

The app does not collect or access the actual contents of your files.
Output Content which includes storage-analysis results, duplicate-file detection results, cache-cleanup results, and similar reports. We process Submitted Content and Output to enable app functionality, prevent misuse, and perform analytics.

| Apple App Store processes all payments, and we receive only limited transaction details—such as order IDs and subscription status. Apple also handles refund requests directly and uses the information associated with your Apple account to process them successfully. |

6. Your Rights and ChoicesA) Device Settings
We request permission to access photos or files when required for storage-cleaning features. You may revoke these permissions at any time.
B) Access Your Personal Information
Upon written request and identity verification, we can provide an electronic copy of your personal information.
C) Personal Information Rights
You may withdraw your consent at any time, as well as request the correction, deletion, or restriction of the processing of your information. Please note that withdrawing consent may limit or disable certain features—or, in some cases, all functionality, and may result in the termination of the End-User License Agreement if the Service can no longer operate without the required data. Certain information may still be retained where we are legally obligated to do so, or where retention is necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
D) Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Apple. Deleting the app may remove your data and subscription status from the device. We may retain minimal data as required for fraud prevention and compliance.
E) Deleting Your Account (if applicable for an application)
You may delete your account through app settings. We will deactivate your account and remove your information from active databases, except for data retained for legitimate business purposes or legal requirements.
7. How Do We Protect Your Personal InformationPersonal Information Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, or as required by law. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.
8. Protecting Children’s PrivacyThis app is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that a child under 18 has provided personal information, we will delete the account and remove the data, except where retention is legally required.
Parents or guardians may request review or deletion by contacting our support team through the official support channels provided within the Application or on our website.
